• MM Associates, LLC is the vendor contracting with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Workers' Compensation effective February 1, 2007 to maintain their Medical Fee Schedules (Charge Master).  This is a five (5) year contract.   This company has two (2) primary owners, Mark Bond of RES Data Systems, Inc. (myself) and Mary Pauxtis of MP Bill Review, Inc.
